Tracey Bellingham was admitted as a solicitor in 2002 and began her career in private practice specialising in Criminal work. In 2004 she moved to the Crown Prosecution Service where she worked for 10 years before joining Potter Shelley and Co in January 2015. Tracey became a partner with the firm in January 2016 and now manages the firm along with Nick Symonds.
Tracey has a wealth of experience in handling different types of cases as both a prosecution and defence advocate; she regularly assists clients at the police station and before the Magistrates Court. Tracey is also a Higher Court advocate appearing before the Crown Court.
Tracey is a duty solicitor for both Court and Police Station.
